Finally getting around to doing some blogging, and I have quite a few sessions on my to do list. January is a big month for me of administrative and accounting tasks, catching up and updating things to get ready for the new year ahead, and with us in the dead of winter it’s so nice to sit back and reflect on these beautiful, warm summer nights. The first up is the Hoffman Family. I met them at Springfield Bog Metro Park in Akron, Ohio at the tail end of summer. This family, with three older boys brought the best energy and we had so much fun. With the wildflowers almost dead and turning to straw, it gave this pathway for the light to spill through in these beautiful rays. It was so unique and different from my typical sunset sessions. I love all the fun, playful moments we were able to capture, and even though these boys are older, we still got some snuggly moments in too! Mom did a great job styling their wardrobe with a mix of neutrals, earth tones and simple patterns and textures, and her dress is just gorgeous! Can you believe she found it at Target?
