When I signed on to this new studio in downtown Hartville, I could see so much possibility here. I had originally planned to spend about six weeks renovating but as with any old building, things got delayed and it ended up taking closer to three months. Those three months gave me so much time to plan and visualize exactly how I wanted to use this space and to see it finally come to fruition was indescribable. I love everything about this studio, the brick area giving a more boho vibe, the shiplap backdrop (that took an entire weekend to install!), the gorgeous beams framing the windows, and so much greenery. I love finally being able to share this space with all of you and to show you what a session here will be like.
And without further ado, meet Baby Mikey. Hands down, he was one of my easiest babies ever. He showed up sleeping, let me wrap him without making a peep, and proceeded to sleep through his entire session. I didn’t see his eyes until the very end of the session. He even gave me a few smiles! I love all these moments of Mom and Dad snuggling with their little guy, which is my favorite thing about newborn sessions. How wonderful that when he grows up he will be able to see how much he was loved and adored!
Mom’s dress is from the studio wardrobe, available to borrow whenever you book a session with me.
